Only 78 Miles Away...

I would have never thought growing up my future husband only live 78 miles away from where I lived.
Moroni grew up on Garrison, Utah. It's close by to Great Basin Nation Park and right by the boarder of Utah and Nevada in his case.
It blows my mind to think I traveled on that road going right past Garrison all the time when I was growing up.

Moroni and I were in the same Stake growing up but I never remember seeing him at Stake Conference but he was there.

Today Moroni and I took a drive down memory lane to Garrison, Utah.

We saw the house Moroni grew up in and a few places where him and his friends would go play.

It was fun to go see the ranches he worked on and we even went and saw his best friend growing up.

I'm so grateful Moroni and his family moved to Ely when he was 14 years old.

I didn't like walking through this rock tunnel because I thought snakes were hiding out in there waiting for us.
But it lead to a pretty water area.

This little bunny was not scared of us and just chilled and ate.

It was fun to see where Moroni grew up and to see where his funny, crazy stories came from.
