Back to the West

We are back in Nevada. Here is an update on what has happened since my last post. 

I really tried to get everything in the last few weeks before leaving Kansas. We played at the park a lot. 

We spent time at our favorite family spot Dillons Nature Center. We love walking threw the trees and seeing the lake. Teyven loves to throw rocks into the water.  

We had a few beautiful days (it really was the calm before the storm). We enjoyed spending time outside together and Teyven loves exploring.

Finally it was time to fly home. Teyven got his own seat on the plane but he wanted to sit on my lap for take off. He fell asleep shortly after and slept until we landed in Vegas. 

We had to wait awhile for my dad to come pick us up at the airport he had a meeting. Teyven loved running around and at a point wanted his shoes and socks off. After 5 minutes his feet were black.

We dropped Moroni off at the Vegas airport and then headed to St. George for the weekend I had a Doctors appointment. It's a two hour drive from Vegas to st. G but it turned into a four hour drive because a semi caught fire. 

Teyven loves to swim and it's so nice there is a pool to go to at my parents home in St. G. 

It's great to be back but we sure do miss Moroni. We are hoping this will be a painless short month as we are apart.
